1-on-1 Consult
We lay out your GPA, experience and timeline, then order the next steps.
Forty minutes on video. I listen to where you actually are, then order the moves one by one: GPA, recommendation letters, projects, internships, school list, the overseas job hunt — what goes first, and what you can skip.
There is no universal order. The same three things, a different background, and the sequence changes — so the forty minutes go on looking at what you actually hold.
I have a full-time engineering job; at most 2 of these a week. Paid consults get priority.
Add me on LINE and you can ask me three questions first — no payment, no commitment to book.
I can't promise an outcome. What I can do is stop you spending months on things that will not pay back.

Thank you for considering franksilicon.
There has only ever been one reason I do this: to help people who want to turn things around but whose background does not look impressive on paper.
I have been at the bottom myself. No direction at first, then Silicon Valley, then the company shut down — and then I climbed back.
0–30where you probably are now
30 → 80this is the stretch I walked
80 → 100I never walked it — not my fight
That last stretch from 80 to 100 — I do not think the people who finish it got lucky. They have been working since they were young, and the resources were there the whole way. Beating me is normal; losing to me would be the strange part 😅
So we get to set our own bar.
The people I want to help are the ones sitting at 0 to 30 and aiming for 70 or 80. I walked that stretch, and I remember where every hole is.
I genuinely enjoy this. Watching someone nobody rated climb their way up — I never get tired of that.
Money was never the reason I do it. I just hope you feel you got more than you paid for.
